OUR EVENT DESIGNING PROCESS

How do we do things:

  • Client Consultation - Meet with the client to understand their vision, objectives, and expectations for the event. Discuss their preferences, budget, theme, and any specific design elements they have in mind.
  • Concept Development - Collaborate with the client to develop a cohesive event concept or theme. This concept will guide all design decisions and tie together the various elements of the event.
  • Budget Allocation - Allocate a portion of the event budget to the design aspect. Determine how much can be spent on decorations, lighting, floral arrangements, furniture, and other design elements.
  • Venue Selection - Choose a suitable venue that aligns with the event's design concept and accommodates the desired décor and layout. Consider factors like size, location, and available amenities.
  • Event Layout and Floor Plan - Work with a designer or decorator to create a detailed floor plan that includes the placement of tables, seating, stages, dance floors, and any other design elements. Ensure that the layout enhances the overall design concept and promotes a smooth flow for attendees.
